By registering an account or otherwise expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. The agreement for account-related electronic services is concluded upon acceptance of these Terms and completion of the applicable registration process.
These Terms are available free of charge on the Rebiz website and may be accessed, downloaded and stored by users.
2About Rebiz
Rebiz is a digital platform designed to facilitate access to business infrastructure and related services across multiple jurisdictions.
Through the Platform, users may request services involving commercial contracting, invoicing, payment administration and other business operations.
Depending on the nature of the requested services, the relevant jurisdiction, transaction characteristics and applicable legal or compliance requirements, services may be provided by different legal entities (each a "Service Provider").
The Operator facilitates access to the Platform and may coordinate the identification and selection of an appropriate Service Provider.
The Operator and the Service Provider are not necessarily the same legal entity.
The identity of the relevant Service Provider, its contractual role and the applicable transaction-specific terms will be disclosed to the user before the corresponding service agreement is concluded.
The use of Rebiz does not, by itself, constitute the incorporation, transfer, lease or acquisition of ownership of a legal entity, nor does it grant any corporate management or representation rights.
3Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern general access to the Rebiz website, registration and use of the Platform, and electronic services provided by the Operator.
They do not, by themselves, constitute an agreement for the execution of commercial transactions, issuance of invoices, receipt or transfer of funds, or provision of services by a particular Service Provider.
Specific business services and transactions may be subject to additional agreements, which will be made available to users through their accounts before the relevant services are activated or transactions are contractually confirmed.
Such agreements will identify the applicable Service Provider and establish the relevant contractual rights, obligations, fees and transaction conditions.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute automatic acceptance of any separate service agreement.
Where separate agreements apply, they govern the relevant services and transactions. These Terms continue to govern general Platform use unless expressly stated otherwise.
4Users and Registration
The Platform allows natural persons to register and access business-related services.
Users may act on their own behalf or, where applicable, as authorized representatives of businesses or other legal entities.
The Platform is designed primarily for professional and commercial activities.
Depending on the applicable service arrangements, transactions may involve end customers who are either businesses or natural persons.
Registration does not automatically entitle a user to access all services or conduct transactions.
Certain services may require identity verification, submission of business information, compliance approval and acceptance of additional contractual terms.
Users must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly notifying the Operator of suspected unauthorized access.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to users under applicable consumer protection laws.
5Technical Requirements
Access to the Platform requires an internet connection, a compatible device and a modern web browser supporting the technologies necessary for the Platform's operation.
Certain functions may require an active email address, account authentication and additional verification procedures.
The Operator may introduce reasonable technical or security requirements necessary for the proper and secure operation of the Platform.
Users must not take actions that compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Platform.
6Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Users must not:
- Use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading activities.
- Provide false, inaccurate or deceptive information or documentation.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts or connected systems.
- Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation.
- Use the Platform to circumvent applicable laws, sanctions, regulatory requirements or compliance procedures.
- Misrepresent their identity, authority or relationship with any Service Provider.
The Operator may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, suspected misuse, legal obligations or material breaches of these Terms.
7Business Services and Transactions
The availability of services through Rebiz may depend on the user's business activities, geographical location, relevant jurisdictions, transaction characteristics and applicable legal requirements.
The Operator may facilitate the selection of a Service Provider based on the circumstances and requirements of the proposed service or transaction.
The assignment of a Service Provider does not create ownership, management, employment or representative rights in that entity unless expressly established under a separate agreement.
The contractual structure, rights and responsibilities of the parties, applicable fees, invoicing arrangements, settlement procedures and other material conditions of a particular service or transaction will be determined by the relevant separate agreements.
No proposed transaction is automatically accepted merely because information has been submitted through the Platform.
Rebiz does not guarantee acceptance of any particular customer, transaction, jurisdiction or business activity.
8Payments and Financial Activities
Where services involve invoicing, receipt of payments or subsequent settlements, the applicable procedures, contractual relationships, charges and responsibilities will be specified in the relevant service or transaction agreements.
These Terms do not independently authorize the Operator to provide regulated banking, payment or other financial services.
Any regulated activities, where applicable, must be performed under appropriate legal and regulatory arrangements.
Access to payment-related functionality may depend on additional verification, compliance requirements and the conditions of relevant service providers or financial institutions.
9Fees
Fees for particular services, where applicable, will be disclosed through the Platform or the relevant service agreements before the user becomes contractually bound to pay them.
Additional transaction-related charges, where applicable, will be determined under the corresponding contractual arrangements.
These Terms do not independently establish a payment obligation for any specific business transaction.
10Intellectual Property
The Rebiz name, branding, website content, interface, software, documentation and other materials made available through the Platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Unless expressly authorized, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected Platform materials beyond what is necessary for permitted use.
Users retain their rights to information and materials they lawfully submit, subject to permissions necessary for operating the Platform and providing requested services.
11Platform Availability
The Operator seeks to maintain the proper functioning and availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, system upgrades or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
The Operator may modify, improve or discontinue individual Platform functionalities, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
Where legally required, users will be informed in advance of material changes affecting their contractual rights or access to services.
12Liability
The Operator is responsible for the performance of its own obligations under these Terms in accordance with applicable law.
The Operator is not automatically responsible for the independent contractual obligations of a Service Provider merely because that entity is accessible through the Platform.
Responsibility for specific commercial transactions, invoicing, settlements and services provided by a Service Provider will be determined under the corresponding agreements and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from interruptions or limitations of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers.
13Suspension and Termination
Users may discontinue use of the public website at any time.
Users may request closure of their Platform accounts by contacting the Operator or through account management functionality, where available.
Account closure may be subject to necessary identity verification and the completion of legally required procedures.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to material violations of these Terms, security risks, legal obligations or applicable compliance requirements.
Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice and information concerning suspension or termination.
Termination of Platform access does not automatically terminate separate service agreements or extinguish existing contractual rights, obligations or legally required record-retention duties.
14Complaints and Contact
Questions, technical issues or complaints relating to the Platform may be submitted to the Operator using the following contact details:

Complaints should include sufficient information to identify the issue and enable its investigation.
The Operator will review complaints without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Complaints concerning services provided under separate agreements may be handled according to the procedures specified in those agreements.
15Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data processed in connection with the Platform is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Further information about the collection, processing, retention and protection of personal data is available in the Rebiz Privacy Policy.
16Changes to These Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law, Platform functionality, security requirements, technical conditions or business operations.
The current version of these Terms will be published on the Rebiz website.
Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law or relevant contractual arrangements.
Where applicable law requires user consent to a change, the change will not become binding without the legally required consent or other valid legal basis.
Changes will not retroactively alter rights and obligations established under separate agreements unless legally permissible.
17Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable procedural rules.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.
18Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by the Operator to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision subsequently.
These Terms constitute the general contractual framework governing access to and use of the Rebiz Platform.
Separate agreements may establish additional rights and obligations relating to specific business services, Service Providers and transactions.
